It was handmade in Zimbabwe using traditional natural dyes and fabrics bringing elements of the earth as well to this tribal design. The ends are unfinished making this easy to use as a fabric, although it works very well just as it is.

As this textile is handmade by a family in Zimbabwe, and not in a factory there are slight splotches of paint, some uneven lines and other signs of original art. This can be seen when zooming in on the photo.
